By adding PonderPro ("the bot," "we," "us") to your Discord server, you agree to these terms.
PonderPro posts scheduled content (Question of the Day, This Day in History, Fun Facts, quizzes, and polls) to a Discord server and provides related engagement features (leaderboards, answer streaks, birthday shout-outs, and server-submitted content). Three tiers are available: Basic (free), Pro ($4.99/month or $49.99/year, covers one server), and Pro Plus ($7.99/month or $79.99/year, covers any number of servers the subscribing Discord account has Manage Server permission on), all billed through Stripe. Paid tiers unlock additional posting channels and categories, higher content-submission caps, the private per-server Fun Facts pool, larger and Pro-only quizzes, extended poll options and durations, larger AI generation allowances, and other features described on our site.
You agree not to use PonderPro to post or submit content that violates Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, including illegal content, harassment, or content sexualizing minors. Public quizzes are reviewed by PonderPro staff before other servers can see them. Prompts, polls, and facts a server submits or adds stay private to that server. We may reject or remove content that violates this policy, at our discretion.
Signing in to the PonderPro Dashboard (app.ponderpro.app) with Discord authorizes us to view your Discord identity and which servers you have Manage Server permission on, used only to determine which servers you can manage from the dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for what we store from this.
PonderPro's AI features (currently the AI Quiz Generator in the web dashboard) use an AI model provided by Anthropic to write content from what you enter. By using them, you agree that:
Pro and Pro Plus subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe, monthly or annually depending on the billing interval you chose at signup, until canceled or downgraded. You can switch between monthly and annual billing, or between Pro and Pro Plus, at any time from the Dashboard's "My Pro Plan" page. Canceling schedules your subscription to end at the close of the current billing period; access continues through that date, and a pending cancellation can be resumed any time before it takes effect.
Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of a billing period, whether from cancellation, downgrade, or a switch between monthly and annual billing, except where required by law. This applies equally to monthly and annual plans. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the address below.
We may from time to time grant free or discounted access through promotional codes or complimentary upgrades, at our sole discretion. These carry no cash value and may be modified or revoked at any time.
Referral rewards (a free month of Pro) are granted only once a referred server actually subscribes to a paid tier, not simply for adding the bot. We reserve the right to deny or reverse rewards where we reasonably suspect abuse (e.g. self-referral through alternate servers).
You may remove PonderPro from your server at any time. We may suspend or terminate the bot's service to a server that violates these terms or Discord's own policies, with or without notice.
PonderPro is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the bot.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the bot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
